SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders received Monday through Thursday within two business days.

Orders received on weekend days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped the following business day (Monday), excluding major holidays.

We do not ship on Fridays to prevent orders from sitting in hot postal warehouses over the weekend.

Orders placed on a federal holiday will be shipped the following business day.

 

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail. 

Shipping on all orders of $75 or more is free at this time, subject to change.

REFUND POLICY

30-DAY GUARANTEE POLICY

We understand that trying something new can feel risky. 

At Pharaoh Distro, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. We believe you shouldn’t have to pay for a product that doesn’t meet your satisfaction. Here is our policy for returns:

  • 30-Day Return Window: If your purchase is faulty, broken, or simply not to your satisfaction, you have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.
  • Store Credit: Instead of a traditional refund, we offer store credit for the full value of the returned item. This allows you to choose another product from our range that better meets your needs.
  • Initiating a Return: To start a standard return, please contact us within 30 days at info@pharaohdistro.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
  • Customer Support: For any questions about returns, Route Protection claims, or other concerns, our dedicated team is here to assist you. Contact us at info@pharaohdistro.com for support.

Route Protection

For those who opted for Route Protection, this service covers issues like lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit. If you encounter any of these issues, Route Protection provides a streamlined claim process.

Contacting Route for Claims: To make a claim under Route Protection, follow these steps:

  • Visit the Route Claims portal, typically accessible via the Route app or the claim link provided in your Route Protection confirmation email.
  • Fill out the claim form with the required details, including your order number and the nature of the issue.
  • Submit the claim and await confirmation and further instructions from Route.

MISSING ORDERS POLICY

In the event that a customer’s order is missing and they did not opt for Route protection, the following procedures apply under our policy with USPS coverage:

Pharaoh Distribution is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them.

If your package has been lost while in transit or stolen after being marked delivered, you must file a claim with USPS. You can file a claim from USPS on their website here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

A copy of your claim will be required and once confirmed we will contact you to move onto next step.

USPS usually sends claims decisions within 5-10 days. You can also check Claim History in your USPS.com account for updates.

TRACKING

At Pharaoh Distro, we understand how important it is for you to track your orders. We want to ensure that you are well-informed about the tracking process and know when to expect updates:

 1. Post Office Drop-off: Once your package is dropped off at our local post office, the tracking process begins. However, the initial update on the tracking might not be immediate.
 2. Processing Time at the Post Office: Even after the post office has processed your package and it has entered their mail system, it may take a day or two for the tracking information to be updated on the USPS website.
 3. Patience is Key: We kindly ask for your patience during this period. The delay in tracking updates is a normal part of the postal service’s processing time.
 4. Regular Updates: Once the tracking information is updated, you should see regular progress as your package makes its way to you.
 5. Customer Support: If you have concerns about your package’s tracking status or if it hasn’t been updated for an extended period, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@pharaohdistro.com. We’re here to help ensure that your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner.
